The Princeton Mill Homeowners Association (PMHOA) is an integral part of the subdivision. The neighborhood is governed by a board of directors made up of residents that is designed to create covenants and bylaws to make the subdivision desirable for prospective residents and keep property values at a premium for current residents.

 

The PMHOA Board of Directors is available to hear concerns of the neighborhood, and if necessary, take appropriate action. Positions on the board include president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, social chair, tennis chair, grounds chair, swim chair, membership chair, and a representative from neighboring Weddington, which shares the Princeton Mill pool and tennis facilities.
