Swimming is the most popular Princeton Mill amenity during the summer months. From roughly Memorial Day through Labor Day, a certified lifeguard is on staff daily to oversee the pool and clubhouse.

During the months of May and June, the Princeton Mill Sharks are in the pool! The swim team welcomes resident swimmers of all levels, ages 5-18, and typically competes against local neighborhoods.

Our pavilion, which residents can reserve for private parties (during normal operating conditions), features a full kitchen, large gas grill, tables and seating.

The clubhouse area also has a small playground for our smallest residents' enjoyment.

A few important things to note:

  • Use of the pool is for Princeton Mill and Weddington homeowners and their guests only.

  • All non-potty trained children will need to wear rubber pants over their swim diaper. According to the Health Department rules, if an accident occurs and the child is wearing rubber pants, then we will not have to close the pool for 24 hours. Otherwise, the pool may have to be closed for a minimum of 24 hours.

  • Glass: No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. This is a Cobb County requirement.

  • Lifeguards: Though our lifeguards may look young to some, they have been trained to create a safe, orderly, and enjoyable swimming experience.

Have a safe and enjoyable time at the pool!  Home is where the pool is.

After Hours Swimming

The pool may be accessed between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. For those participating in After Hours Swimming, you will need to scan your access card twice - once at the main entrance and again at the inside gate next to the soda machine.
