Princeton Mill Pool
We are excited to announce that the Princeton Mill Pool signup is now available! A few important reminders or updates before we get to how you can sign up for a pool time slot:
We realize there will be lots of demand initially for pool access, thus the online signup system. Please sign up for no more than one time slot in a day or two time slots for this first 1/2 week
We anticipate increasing that to 4 time slots per week starting next week (starting 6/22)
Please bear with us as we navigate this new situation and solutions. We may have a few wrinkles over the first few days or week, but we will work hard to iron out the details. If you have questions you can email them to:
Ed Donaldson: firstname.lastname@example.org
The pool will have 4 two-hour time slots available each day (11:00 - 1:00, 1:30 - 3:30, 4:00 - 6:00, and 6:30 - 8:30). New time slots will be posted on Sunday afternoons around 4:00 for the following week.
Access to the pool is for Princeton Mill and Weddington Residents only - no outside guests.
In between these time slots, the lifeguards will sanitize the tables and bathrooms after families depart their assigned table/area.
Please show respect to your neighbors by cleaning up your zone before leaving and trying to leave in a timely fashion.
We have new pool furniture set up in 13 zones around the pool deck. DO NOT move chairs, tables, or other furniture from one zone to another. We have set up the pool deck in zones to help remind everyone that you should maintain social distance from people who are not in your household. Please be aware that children and all swimmers should maintain social distancing around and in the pool. Please be courteous to your fellow neighbors in the water and allow proper space of ingress and egress.
Now, for the fun part!
Step 1: Return the appropriate forms!
Email princetonmillpool. com to request a copy of the Princeton Mill Release Agreement and Acknowledgement with Rules form. Print, sign, scan, and email the completed and signed form back to Ed Donaldson at email@example.com. If you cannot scan in your form, you may bring it with you to check in the first time you come to the pool. We will provide forms at the pool as well, just in case some of you forget, but please realize that filling out the form at check in will slow down the whole process and reduce swimming time during your 2-hour appointment.
Step 2: Register for an Open Slot
Please email to request instructions on how to register for swim times and pool access.
Step 3: Have a Safe, Enjoyable time at the pool!
Swimming is the most popular Princeton Mill amenity during the summer months. From roughly Memorial Day through Labor Day, a certified lifeguard is on staff daily to oversee the pool and clubhouse.
During the month of June, the Princeton Mill Sharks are in the pool! The swim team welcomes resident swimmers of all levels, ages 6-18, and competes against local neighborhoods.
Our pavilion, which residents can reserve for private parties, features a full kitchen, large gas grill, tables and seating.
The clubhouse area also has a small playground where our smallest residents meet for playground.
The pool and clubhouse may be reserved for private parties. The Clubhouse Coordinator will again be keeping the calendar for all private parties and rules and guidelines for reserving the facility are on the Princeton Mill website. Normally private parties will require additional lifeguards at the expense of the resident and as in the past that will be arranged directly by the resident and Sweetwater Pool Management once the facility has been reserved.

All non-potty trained children will need to wear rubber pants over their swim diaper.
